Here is my response cut and pasted from Yelp..... 9/25/2020Gary, first off...there is no "automatic" annual roof cleaning. We offer an option annual roof treatment for tile roofs that we have cleaned within the previous year. If the customer chooses or in your case, either forgot or didn't respond to an email reminder then the price goes back to the full price. We offer an extra 30 days even! Your roof cleaning is now going on 2 years now and am mad at me when it is your own fault or reason that this did not happen. We are no pressure when it come to sales as we believe that if it were us being sold to, we wouldn't appreciate a pushy sales person either. These are our policies that we believe that are more than fair. I have looked into YOUR business and see that you believe that you can be like a shark on "SHARK TANK" with me.....wrong. Don't be upset because you didn't get your way......you are the one that is wrong.
