We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in CA 96080Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsAgent had very bad communication, won't return calls and gets annoyed when you ask the basic of questions. Montydtm@gmail.com contacted me via text 4/11/20 at 3:46pm on Meade St. I politely responded back at 3:58pm,answering his questions. We texted back & forth until 4:46pm. On 4/22/20 at 12:53pm Monty texted me on Potter St. I politely responded back at 1:00pm answering his questions. After some back & forth, he asked me to call him, which I did. On 6/3/20 at 5:09pm Monty texted me on First Ave. I responded at 5:20pm answering his questions. On 8/13/20 at 6:08pm Monty emailed me on Oak Run Rd. I responded at 6:32pm answering his questions. The properties Monty was inquiring on were foreclosures, many sold subject to HUD Guidelines. He was not satisfied with some of the rules the banks must adhere to and wanted to negotiate on price. The HUD Guidelines are strict and do not allow for negotiation. I continued to respond and answer him on every inquiry he sent. His review is inaccurate.
