Forty years ago I bought a home in a transitional neighborhood called Windsor Hills. After restoring 2805 Lawina Rd. I saw that there were too many "slum lord" operated rentals. Over the following years I bought and restored four  more buildings. I quickly learned most of the trades from carpentry to plumbing. My desire was to provide decent housing at a reasonable price.
