Obviously the comments above all by exaggeration and self imagination. If I am not wrong, this is the person responded to me they are very interested in the house and like to rent it after viewed the house. After I sent out the thank-you email told them the house been signed to another applicants, he/she may get angry then write this comments. Please blame your self why you messed up your credit to 500s before you blame others. Ps, many times our property no need get on the market, they are rented out by our satisfied tenants referral.

We received around 100 emails plus many phone calls for this property. It's impossible for us to respond every inquiry. if no response after you provided your information, that only means you didn't pass the first screening by our requirements.
