Thanks for your review. I need the address of the property you mentioned to be able to figure this out. We do not set appointments for rented property and do not make appointments when we are going to the property after it is rented. Not sure what happened but I cannot figure it out without additional information. We rent out 30-50 properties per month and do not have time ourselves to waste just like you do not. Thanks for your review. The issue here is that we are very busy with people in line for most vacancies. You need to keep at it and respond quickly to try to get in line and then be patient as many of those we attempt to qualify fall out due to bad credit, lack of income,or some other issue. This is a game of persistence and patience. We want you to pick a property so we don't spend any resources unless you are certain what you want. We often start out with an email response when we receive an email as it has all the rental information and links to get to vacancies and our online application. Thanks for your comments. While we try to show only property that is rent ready, some of the time work that was supposed to be completed was not for some unforeseen reason. We don't want to waste anyone's time. Again, sorry for this bad experience. Try us again, we do rent out about 50 properties per month, and most are rent ready. Robert A.
