    It’s true we don’t hold houses without a deposit. We’ve had folks say they want a house, only to never hear from them again. We absolutely go by our word, but some people don’t listen and try to bully us. We do have company policies and we do work with people when we can. I did say I was sorry she didn’t get the house but she did not have the move-in expenses and we had better qualified applications that did.
