Thank you so much for your incredible trust in my judgment, that you bought a house from me sight unseen. Since it was a new home being built for you, it didn't involve negotiating. The builders price was the builders price. I am really happy that when you finally got here to the beach to see it and move in, you loved it! The children seem very happy being here. It's a great community.
