Over a period of 4 months we had 7 showings, 22 e-mail, and at least that many phone conversations, In your e-mail you sent me February 13th. You stated "appreciate all your help. It was awesome" yesterday afternoon we signed a purchase agreement with a builder to close on June15th. When I called and talked to you I explained you that in a real estate transaction the Seller pays the real estate agents commissions it was unfortunate that you did not tell me about this because the builder will not be looking out for your best interest. And that it will be a long haul to June 15th. I suggested he might want to look for someone to represent him. I guess this is something you did want to hear, If telling you this was rude and unprofessional I guess I was wrong. Good Luck Jeff
