    As discussed during our call on February 23rd, I want to address the events of February 22nd and again extend my sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to your calls that evening. It was an unintentional oversight on my part. To provide some context, we had communicated earlier that day about arranging access to the rental home for viewing. Typically, access to the lockbox code is managed through Rently.com.. Since you were unable to access Rently, I agreed, as a courtesy, to provide the code directly upon receipt of proof of ID. However, as no specific time had been scheduled for the viewing, I did not anticipate a request for the lockbox code at that particular time. That evening, I had silenced my phone while attending an event and unfortunately forgot to turn the ringer back on. As a result, I missed your calls around 8:00 PM. At this time before I notice your calls you posted this review. Upon noticing them at approximately 9:30 PM, I immediately reached out and was able to provide you access to the property by 9:45 PM. I fully understand your frustration regarding this incident and deeply regret the inconvenience it caused. I want to emphasize that missing your calls was a genuine mistake, not a reflection of my commitment to assisting you. Given the circumstances and our subsequent resolution of the issue, I kindly request that you reconsider removing the review, as mentioned in your text message. Your understanding in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
