Vinny was very unrealistic with his price expectations. Exact units in his complex were selling all summer long for 360k. However, his decision to list at 420k was not a good decision. We had very few showings at that price. After months of frustration Vinny and I parted ways. I believe he blamed me for the lack of showings. He went with a different Realtor the following summer and eventually ended up selling 10k below my suggested list price. I really wish I could have done more for him but you can’t fight market conditions and buyer expectations.
