Always shunting issues and procrastinating when anything needs to be fixed, often for months at a time. this is just unbelievable that anyone can post such things that are completely false, I have been a property Manager for the same properties for over 40 years, anyone that treats tenants like this would not have a job for long, this is a tenant who has some rules issues with a Resident Manager, I have never met her , nor on any single occasion has she asked me to repair anything, then the rest, just rambles about my personality, how can she make this judgment when she has never met me, I am not even sure what her anger issues are about, as she has never called me with any problem. my first concern is always my tenants, Any of the thousands of people I have rented to in the past will verify this,
