As is usually the case Mr. Stone does tell everything. He fails to mention that he failed to clean up items he agreed to do. Having a home on 80 acres with two sloughs tends to draw bugs which draws birds. The front entrance to the home was impossible to access without walking throuhg bird droppings. He also fails to mention that the oder of the dogs he kenneled in his garage did not leave when the dogs did or the cat left in vacant home using wherever it pleased for a litter box. He fails to mention that the property was poorly maintained on the exterior with lack of mowing of the yard in general and high weeds by house. He fails to mention that I put on over a 1000 miles showing this house. Also fails to mention rejected advice on pricing of home.
