    I'm sorry you are unhappy. We've been in business for 20+ years and serve hundreds and hundreds of satisfied customers. We have many long term clients - some for 17+ years. We strive to provide great homes for great families and value our relationship with our clients. When it became evident that no matter what we do, you remain unhappy, we offered to release you from your lease early and waive termination fees. You declined saying you wished to stay in our home until the last day you can. As always, we wish you the best.
