    I lived there before. I left because the landlord does not take care of the building. Roaches. Leaky pipes in most apartments. Windows and facade about to crumble. Shabby maintenance if any. Totally not worth the money even if there is a view. All ...

    I’m sorry that you feel that you had a less than 5-star experience with our building. Seems to be a complaint from an unidentified disgruntled source. As we proceed with new on site management we leave the assessments of the building and individual apartments to those who visit and make a fair and unbiased opinion.

    Not a nice building. Mold, cracks and leaks, old everything, windows seem like they're about to fall out. Don't waste your time. For the money they want (lolz) you can find a much more sanitary, well kept building.

    I’m sorry that you feel that you had a less than 5-star experience with our building. However, after checking our internal records we do not show any Martin C. Cambell as ever residing at or applying for a rental apartment n'or any other connections to our building. Please feel free to contact us directly to clarify.
