Hi Daniel, I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive the caliber of service you were expecting. I looked back through our communication threads and can't seem to find any glaring disparity or instances where your concerns were not addressed by myself or my team. If only you'd brought this up in the moment instead of 2 years later, I would've been happy to adjust our approach and expectations. As I discuss with all my clients, our goal is to bring the largest buyer pool to the property, thus increasing competition. This often leads to properties selling above asking, which was the precise result with your home. In any case, i'm truly sorry you felt underserved.
