Helen, thank you for your review and I am sorry that you were disappointed. I work very hard for my clients to provide a smooth transaction when buying or selling their property. While listed under me your property was marketed as single family residence with acreage as it is currently being marketed now with a different agent. I feel that I did adequate advertising for your property through multiple paid online and print advertisements. Additionally, I feel it is my job as an agent is to provide honest and accurate feedback regarding the pricing, market trends, and feedback from showings. While the feedback may be hard to hear, I feel it is imperative that I tell clients what they need to hear, versus what they want to hear. As you may or may not know real estate transactions are complex, and all are different. While I see what happened here differently, I do appreciate the feedback.
