I believe that this review is rather one-sided and unwarranted. I had given the 10am time slot which cancelled the day before. At Jun 22, 2020, 9:47 AM, I received the following email "Hey Devon, We are running about 10 minutes behind. Is that okay?" To which I responded at Jun 22, 2020, 9:51 AM with "I actually have 2 applications so far this morning and I need to be somewhere at noon. I'd prefer to cancel." I would have thought that this communication would be enough to convey a cancellation as soon as I could, given the email sent. I think that being on time to a scheduled appointment is a common courtesy. I'm sorry but I do have a full schedule and cannot spend time waiting around as other clients/tenants need my services.
