Hey Tracy & Luke, omg- that Dunkin Donuts meeting I completely forgot about! That seems so long ago - but I felt like we really hit off at that time! The type of loan you did (a "rehab loan/ 203K") is one of the toughest. Most people don't have the stomach for them ( as I warned you - lol) , but yes you are right the lender we used is the best in this area for these in my opinion. And the patience and tenacity you guys demonstrated lead to you getting such a prize in the end. Someday, your home (palace!) will be one of the featured ones on HGTV I could see. It is such a unique and awesome home - clearly something special. Anyway, I hope to see it as you get further along and thank you for taking the time to write a review!
