Why Real Estate?  In the process of purchasing and selling over a dozen personal homes in six different states, including a rental property and two vacation homes, I have come to understand real estate.  I have always profited from my personal home purchases and sales because I have a keen sense for value and making strategic improvements, providing a great return on equity.  I want to have fun while helping others do the same.
