My goal is always to advocate for my clients and ensure they feel fully supported throughout the process, so I take feedback like this to heart. Regarding the inspections, I completely understand how upsetting it must have been to uncover issues after closing. While I recommend inspectors based on their strong reputations and past client experiences, they are independent professionals, and buyers always have the option to select their own. I regret that their findings did not fully identify the extent of the damage, and I sincerely wish this situation had turned out differently for you. I offered to cover the cost of a termite treatment as a gesture of goodwill, and I’m truly sorry if that did not meet your expectations. As for pre-closing access to the home, I did advocate for both a second walkthrough with your parents and early storage of your belongings. Unfortunately, the seller was not willing to allow either request, and while I pushed on your behalf, I was unable to change their position. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been for you, especially given your military timeline. I truly appreciate your kind words about my responsiveness and commitment to moving the deal forward. While I regret that your experience fell short of expectations, I value the opportunity to learn from all client feedback.
