I am so sorry this customer is disappointed with my service. She asked me to show the home to a customer with only a 30 minute notice and I was not available. I strive to reach out as quickly as I can to all leads and customers but a lot of times I'm showing properties, in a closing, on a listing appointment trying to help other clients and can't always answer the phone. As she states, I only had the listing for a few weeks before she chose to hire her 8th realtor since 2009 to try and sell this home. Unfortunately for her, the home has still not sold as of this date. My track record of several hundred homes sold/bought over the last 15 years and most of my business coming from client referrals hopefully speaks for itself.
