As a buyer agent, I do not consider it my job to “sell” you a home, but rather to help you “purchase” the home that you choose. Despite an unusually brisk Seller’s market with inflated prices we were able to negotiate you a favorable deal below asking price even though there were other buyers interested in the home. In regards to inspections and subsequent negotiations, we were able to negotiate with the Sellers to agree to address all the items from the home inspection that you requested. I do hope you find much happiness and enjoyment in your new home.
