New contacts, called asking that I meet and show them this home. I provided copy of the MLS information, informed them that I represented the Seller. She was difficult to talk with, as she interrupted and talked over me if I tried to comment. Most concerns were decor preferences. I told them that I would present any offer that they wished to make. They left and went their way, but called later requesting a second showing asking that I call the sellers and "run by them" an extremely low offer, as this was the most their bank would approve. They didn't want to waste time if it would not be considered. I recommended putting it in writing, however called the seller who simply declined. I offered to meet the Rohdes for the second showing and prepare and present their offer, but relayed the seller's comments. She elected to cancel and not pursue the offer. It was not my intent, nor do I feel that I was rude to her. I did exactly what she asked me to do.
