Chris came out recommended by the seller's realtor, so maybe it was my mistake to hire him in the first place. He did his inspection and found no discrepancies with the roof. Unfortunately the day of the inspection it was raining and I did not walk this roof. The roof inspection is not a guarantee a roof will not leak even a roof that appears in good condition may leak. There were some minor roof repairs but no signs of interior damage. Advised client to consult roofer, more feedback should have been given on the severity of the issue and we appoligze for this experince.
