I work for Knik Tribe which owns rentals In Wasilla, we have two different kinds of rentals. Our low-income rentals are offered to AK Native or American Indian within the HUD  income guidelines. Our Market rate rentals are offered to the general public. A year lease is required and proof of income with a $37.00 background check. All programs have a wait list available.
