Thank you for your Review! We are always glad to be able to show the public "Reality in Real Estate." This review seems to have had a fake name attached to it, however we know who it is and want to be the bigger person and not release your names. We also have an approaching 100 Five Star Reviews so thank you for yours as well. 815 West 10th Street is an immaculate 2 unit property that is likely one of the nicest in Erie to be able to rent. The public can simply Google Search the address to see that your review does not speak truth. Truly a remarkable place for people to call home. We apppreciate your stay with us and Thank you for paying on time throughout your agreement. However PA law requires you to fulfill lease obligations. You termintated your lease 2 months early resulting in PA 2 month lease break fee being applicable. We may have worked with you on that if you did not give the next tenant such a hard time and disrupt her life moving out. She sent us over 100 pictures showing how filthy dirty you left it and wondered why someone would live like that. Also you were not out on time and did not have the carpets cleaned, this caused her to be massively inconvenienced, so therefor we sent over a cleaner and a carpet professional to correct the issues you caused to the apartment. Not to mention, you had outstanding utility bills due. Your total amount owed back to the company was over $700.00 in addition to your lost your deposits. Truthfully, what really hurt the most was that we allowed you to have a pet, gave your new landlord a great recommendation for you and trusted you to not do this sort of stuff on your way out. Best wishes to you for future. We would not rent to you again :-(
