New home inventory over these last 18 months has been very low relative to prior years, even as new buyers entering the fray has steadily increased creating a very competitive housing market. Unfortunately, buyers now must be nimble and aggressively pursue their next home. Quality homes sell very quickly and if a buyer is not flexible or willing to compromise on certain aspects of their 'wish list,' you may experience an extended home search especially at this <$200k price point where a majority of buyers are. On top of this buyers unwillingness to compromise & ignorance of the current housing market, his shaky credit and weak financing strategy put us at a strategic disadvantage over and over again for more than 7 months. I completely understand his frustration although we certainly looked at more than a single home, often times, at odd hours of his convenience. I'm pleased he was able to find a home. Please know, i believe there is a property out there for everyone and the next reviews you read will be of those friends and clients i have dedicated my time and energy to making sure they are completely happy w/ their new home!

Showed home in 2020 in OH 45204.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsNot knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Unprofessional and didn’t convey clearly all options in our price range. He was responsive but conversations were short.Response from steve iori on 11/4/2021
Admittedly, trying to find an updated home for less than $100,000 in Price Hill was difficult but this buyer was not willing to speak to a lender on a financing strategy nor did she understand or willing to learn the homebuying process regardless of my suggestions. Trying to manage an unrealistic expectation w/ an out of touch client is always a tough situation & this very competitive market requires patience, partnership and a streamlined strategy to accomplish our goals. This review is not indicative to the relationships and friendships i've built w/ other clients, some of those described here.
