I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We take all feedback seriously and strive to offer the best service possible. However, I must clarify some inaccuracies in your review. Firstly, regarding communication, we aim to be as responsive as possible. However, we all have only 24 hours in a day, and we prioritize our time for clients who are fair and respectful, regardless of the size of the business. During your tenancy, we experienced non-urgent calls from you during the midnight hours, which is not only disrespectful but also disruptive. Secondly, concerning the security deposit, we informed you that we would expedite the process and aim to refund your deposit within 7-14days, You moved out end of August. On Monday, September 11, I told you it will be refunded within 2-3 days. As of today, it's only 13 days from your move out. This is in accordance with legal guidelines of 21 days, and we believe it's a reasonable time frame. Additionally, it's important to note the condition in which the property was left. The kitchen was exceptionally greasy, including the range hood, and there were mold and hard water stains on the kitchen faucet and countertop. The shower pan had mold around its edges, and the floors were dirty while the blinds were dusty. These conditions necessitate additional cleaning and potentially impact the speed at which the security deposit can be returned. It's disheartening that you've threatened to leave negative reviews on more than one occasion—initially when you moved in and again when you moved out—seemingly to satisfy personal grievances rather than addressing legitimate concerns. Given these factors, it's disappointing to read a review that seems intended to negatively impact our reputation, especially when we have been doing our best to resolve any concerns in a fair and legal manner.
