    Speranta was an excellent landlord, friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit was freshly remodeled, spacious and quiet. I would use her for future rentals anytime.

    I've been renting from Speranta for several years now. As a landlord I couldn't ask for anything more. Whenever I have a concern or idea, she promptly addresses it and does the right thing. I had an unfortunate incident due to a storm, out of everyon...
