Sanger is an tort, My reputation speaks for itself. Everything I do is documented by DocuSign (which is time and date stamped). I have documentation from text messages which I send to my email that I communicated with the buyer's 2-3 times a day. I communicated with All parties involved (again, documented by emails/DocuSign/phone records). I work with many lenders & always been given a 3 day clear to close, this is standard. It also enable us to schedule the closing - date & time that works for the Brokers, Buyer's & Seller's. I got a call & told we were closing in a hour, I stated I was with clients that had flown in & working with them all day, MY REPUTATION & REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. I hope the buyer's are happy and settled in their new home and the home is fulfilling all their needs & wants.
