    We leased this house from this guy and he is unbelievable. He cares nothing about the renters or the house. He is all about the money and that’s it. This new house flooded within the first 2 months of being built. We could not use the whole upstairs ...

    Property Manager response-The security deposit and rent checks of the tenant were returned in Bank.Found later he never had bank accounts.The tenant is extremely ill minded.He sent the rent to wrong address three different times for delaying tactics.The incident that triggered me to kick this guy out when he told me that he mailed the check but he did not.Attorney told me this guy involved in multiple check frauds.The case is pending in Collin county Justice of Peace for eviction and unpaid rent.I have all the three receipts of USPS mails to show that he has written wrong address in his own hand writing to mislead and cheat the landlord.I manage several properties and I can give you references.His claim about flood and mold are rubbish.He ran away after seeing Attorney coming.The house is rock solid.This guy is running a BBQ restaurant in Princeton Down town.Jordan’s Bar-B-Que.The address is 322 N Main St, Princeton,TX 75407.Please ask him why did he do this to his landord.
