Over the years, I have never received a negative review, and I take immense pride in the service I provide to my clients. I would like to remind you that I stepped in to assist during a particularly critical time, working hard to sell your apartment within tight deadlines. I dedicated myself to ensuring the process ran smoothly, guiding you through each step. Additionally, I personally invested my own funds to purchase essential items to stage your apartment—such as bedroom curtains, sheets, pillows, comforters, bathroom items, kitchen towels, and living room pillows—and hired a cleaning service to deep clean the apartment to make it more appealing to potential buyers. These are efforts above and beyond what most realtors typically offer. While I regret that the offer you accepted fell through due to a mortgage commitment outside of my control, I understand how frustrating this must have been. I also want to express my sympathy regarding your decision to sell the contents of your apartment prior to closing. While that was your choice, and not one I would have advised, it’s important to note that real estate transactions can sometimes fall through, and it’s a well-known risk within the industry. It’s not typically something that reflects poorly on the broker. Additionally, I did present you with a second offer, which you chose not to accept. Given the efforts I made and the circumstances surrounding this process, I hope the full picture is taken into consideration. As is often the case, good intentions can come with challenges.
