This person was never a client of mine. I represented the buyer only. Due to the bad condition of the home, my buyer decided to cancel. This seller was upset and tired to keep my clients deposit so I fought for my buyer. My buyer, a young Sherriff, is now happy with the purchase of a different home that was in much better condition.
