    WOW! Complete shock! This client expressed great satisfaction at the time of inspection and again after, describing how the inspector took his time to do a complete thorough inspection with tremendous attention to detail, and how the report reflected as much. "no evidence of" = A/C no evidence of regular scheduled maintenance. "may need" = Electric panel may need to be updated or replaced to accommodate new / more appliances. Report does mention that the inspector was unable to see every inch of the flooring because of couches, a huge entertainment center, etc. Inspection report included several issues throughout the home that resulted in significant repairs & concessions from the seller. Lead samples = IF / WHEN we do a Lead-Based Paint Inspection. "Make good?" Only correspondence was THANKS. In the end, this client was HAPPY. We were even referred to a friend. I suspect this was typed up by someone else. I sure would like to know the real reason for this bad review!

    *** UNVERIFIED COMPLAINT *** This appears to be a competitor or something. I have not received ANY complaints in quite some time! Notice how neither the client's name nor the Inspector's name was mentioned. No mention of the street, any specific issues, etc. I searched ALL clients with a 33966 zip code, anyone with RS initials, or Lincoln in their email address, etc. ... NOTHING. I sure would like to know who posted this BOGUS complaint .... Todd (Owner)

    The gentleman you reach on the phone is great. I was not that impressed by the one doing the inspection. For the price the report was a form letter with check marks, plenty of pictures taken. Never received call back on questions asked.
