    She will hold on security deposit for no reason and even charge extra for nothing. Replying times are slow, took 2 weeks to get dishwasher repaired and looked at.

    This review is not based on my leasing qualities, you are basing this off of move out terms, which I understand you are not happy with, but there was a lot of damage done to this property, The management company assessed. The carpet on the steps had to be replaced due to pet damage, some flooring as well. Painting and cleaning at end of lease. And I honestly think they were very fair with Security Deposit. Also other items as listed in your security deposit return letter which I have not listed here. There were also other items that they took care of immediately during your lease I do sincerely apologize if the dishwasher took a little bit longer than your anticipated time frame. The company that you were leasing from took care of all your other needs immediately. This review should be removed against me because you were so excited to move in From across the street and we did everything we could to make you and additional occupants happy during your tenancy with us.
