    Dennis, the security deposit was used to correct damages made during your tenancy. We offered and performed a pre-move out inspection and gave you a detailed list of items that needed to be corrected. In addition, your were provided a break down of the charges and photos of the broken/kicked in doors, broken locks/remotes, missing keys, damaged paint/walls, damaged closets, damaged screen doors, carpet replacement, HOA bill for damages, cleaning and handyman estimates.
