My client is a young, wonderful first time buyer of land on the Mendocino Coast. There are many rules and proceedures that go along with purchasing coastal land. Often, different folks who provide services such as perc tests and septic installation give different opinions of the protocols etc. The bottom l;ine is the Coastal Commission , the County , and the HOA if there is one. I do my best to give good counsel and research anything I am unsure of . That's all part of my serice to Buyers here on the Coast.
