I really am sorry that you feel that I fell short of that expectation. When we first met you expressed how awful your home buying experiences had been in the past and I truly wanted to make this a more positive experience for you this go around. We toured many homes together over several months and we were able to secure a home eventually that you liked. At that point, we made sure you had a licensed, independent home inspection company complete an inspection on the entire property to provide a report for us to review prior to moving forward.
