Unfortunately, this appointment was not confirmed. It took over two hours after I reached out to see if that time would still work for them. I didn't get a response for two hours(an hour after the suppose viewing time), with a text stating I never called and that they had already wrote a review. So they had time to write a review and not reach out to confirm the appointment.
