A few days before we were scheduled she emailed to cancel. Did not set someone else in her office to show the property, just said something else came up. We chose a different realtor.

When I called to reschedule the showing, due to a conflict, I was under the impression that you had already contacted the listing agent and set up a showing with her, which is why I didn't send someone else from my office.
