I am often asked which side I'm on – the landlord's or the tenant's. My answer is always that I'm on the side of the law. California has extensive legislation governing the rights and responsibilities of both landlords and tenants.
My role is to assist landlords in protecting their investments while also fostering satisfied tenants who will occupy the property long-term and take good care of it.
