There were time restrictions with the sellers relocation and quick sale that made it difficult for communications for all involved. Unfortunately there were no sales in the area to compare with this home being very unique, which is why I allowed my seller to choose their pricing as I am not an appraiser. I actually sold the home in just 2 weeks and saved my seller almost $ 4,000 because I sold the home myself by bringing the buyer. I realize that selling a home is a very stressful time for sellers, but I can honestly say that I gave this 110% and that the outcome of the sale speaks for itself.
