This is a fake review ... no Mike Daner has ever lived in any of our apartments. The review contains a number of false claims. My responsibilities are principally in connection with apartment rentals and rent collections and have little contact with tenants after they have settled into their apartments i. There are 3 full-time employees who provide janitorial services, maintenance and minor repairs plus part-time person for common area cleaning. ii Outside contractors are used for plumbing, electrical and heating repairs and upgrades. iii. We use on a regular basis 2 licensed building contractors for apartment renovations and building improvements.
