In response to Pete's critical review. I am not a property manager. I own the home, but do have a normal job that requires extensive hours at times. I only asked to current renter to show the home in an attempt to get the showing done earlier. As it turns out, the current renter decided to stay in the home. I strongly apologized to Pete for his inconvenience, but obviously felt he needed to write this critical review. I am certain than many full time property managers do not respond to requests within 3 days. I wish Pete the best of luck on his search.
