Lease Evaluations is a property management company which we list our rentals on the MLS. Literally thousands of agents have the ability to show the property depending on who the potential tenant(s) calls. Without knowing who the agent is, I can not ascertain how the prospective tenant was treated. Again without knowing which property they previewed, I have a hard time to comment on this review If they were shown by a member of my team, I would apologize. Our desire is to have the opportunity to lease the landlord's property. It makes no sense for us. to be rude. Often the case is that the property we show does not meet the prospective tenants' criteria. Then we try to find a rental that does. This is our opportunity to work with the tenant's future needs. Nevertheless, my company is disappointed with this review, although I do not think it is about us, but someone else.
