Hello Robin! Initially you contracted us for tenant placement services and then wanted us to manage the property, which was further contracted. By default management companies retain security deposit funds in their financial institution's interest accruing accounts. You claimed your prior management company could not rent your property in 6 months, which could be your motivation for becoming intolerably belligerent and volatile. We rented your property in less than 30 Days! We have received your termination letter and will close out our management agreement within the provided allocated time threshold in the agreement. Your allegations are false and we have full documentation, emails, records, bills, etc., for litigation. Additionally, you have received all monthly owner income and statements for property management thus far. You never sent any funds for the reserve account or for any repairs that we made prior to occupancy. We provide a great service for the Baltimore, Maryland Area!

Hello Mrs. Marie East! My apologies if you assumed sarcasm during our brief phone call. Please understand that our process for showing available units is the same for all prospective renter's that are interested in our available units. Additionally, we provide a great service for the Baltimore, Maryland area, and we have successfully placed an abundance of qualified tenants into properties that we have listed for-rent over the years. Our intent "as always" is to provide a platform where the renting process is conducted seamlessly smooth. That is why our renting process can be found on our website @ www.baltimorepropertysolutions.com under our "Renters Tab", which clears any uncertainties. As stated, credit is necessary to rent however, if you would have listened and allowed me to explain further, no credit checks are performed until you have been shown the unit and plan to secure occupancy.
