    We're sorry you feel this way. As I'm sure you know, there are many other facts related to our relationship with you and management of this property that didn't make it into your review. Per the management agreement, we pro-rate any lease fee credit on the second lease fee which was never charged since you requested to take over management of the property yourself after we were unwilling to compromise on behalf of our tenants and agree to enforcing your unreasonable and onerous requirements. We went above what was required of us and assisted you in finding a new tenant for your property after you requested a written release from your agreement. We've handled this situation entirely in accordance with both KS State Law and the written terms and agreements we'd both signed. I'm sorry that was not enough for you.
