I'm very sorry you had a bad experience trying to buy your first home. I enjoyed working with you and I understand how frustrated you were. Toward the end, it was getting very complicated and the delays were threatening the deal. The inspection process, for example, was significantly delayed when the inspector filed the wrong report with the wrong county. A minor problem, like the dirty filter in this system, can look like a failure. I'm glad we could get it cleaned and working correctly as fast as we did, as confirmed by the county. I'm also glad I could get the seller to put in a new radon abatement system for you. And getting your deposit back to you was no easy task but I made it happen. I can assure you that I was never trying to take advantage of you and I am truly sorry I didn't do a better job of communicating my efforts of getting you a fair deal. I genuinely hope that your home buying experience is better next time. You are both special people and deserve the best.
