My priority is always to respect my clients’ wishes and time while maintaining professionalism throughout every interaction. In this case, property access was coordinated through your buyer agent, and all showings were scheduled based on my seller clients’ availability and preferences, which is standard practice in real estate. My seller clients had reasonable expectations regarding scheduling, and I accommodated multiple courtesy showings within those parameters. Unfortunately, your repeated delays in arrival created logistical challenges that were beyond my control. As the seller’s agent, my role is to facilitate showings and negotiations while ensuring all parties are treated with respect. At no point was I uncooperative or confrontational. It’s disappointing that there has been a misrepresentation of the agreed-upon terms, as my goal is always to provide a professional experience for all involved.
