We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Davenport, IAResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityNever worked with him. He will ignore any and all your requests if you are a tenant and has zero care for the good people he houses. Andrew let's his properties deteriorate to the point of no return. A 6 story complex he owns and manages just collaps...
